All catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Special custom orders require at least 1 week notice.

Events/orders for over 40 people may require at least 1 week notice.

A credit card must be given to guarantee all catering orders.

Any declined credit card charge may result in a late payment fee or fees if alternative payment is not provided.

Late cancellation (within 48 hours) may result in full or partial charges.

Large staffed events require a signed contract, plus a 25% deposit of the estimated total invoice.

Bread Garden Market staff will not handle, cook or otherwise prepare outside provided food with the exception of cake cutting. Cake cutting fees begin at $100.

If Bread Garden Market does not supply the alcohol at an event, our staff is not allowed to serve any alcoholic beverages. Guest must supply their own bar staff to support event service. A separate liquor liability agreement must be signed.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Delivery/Set up/ Teardown Fees:
• Delivery is available within a 15 mile radius for $20.
• It is an additional $1 per mile outside of that range
• Set up is an additional $10 to delivery charge
• Teardown/Rental Pick up is an additional $20

Rentals:
• China, flatware, glassware, etc. can be coordinated by your catering coordinator through Aero Rentals in Iowa City. All rentals incur a 20% coordination fee.
• Paper service – plates, napkins, utensils, etc – is available for $0.75 per person.
• Chafing units, serving bowls, etc are available to rent from Bread Garden Market.

Staffing:
• Serving/Bartending staff may be requested for your event for $25/hour per server.
• An onsite catering coordinator will handle your event from set up to clean up for a 10% coordination fee of the total event invoice.
• On site chefs are available starting at $40 per hour.
